Patsy Arriaga isn't choosing between building a team and closing deals - she's doing both at the highest level. At the same time, they are opening up a new frontier in commercial real estate in Puerto Rico. She hasn't stepped back from production to make any of this happen. She's married the two together - and created a real opportunity for herself and everyone around her.
